Stretch!

Stretch – I was at one of my call backs yesterday for fresh beat band 2 and I didn’t warm up my body.. The interesting thing is that I did a power combination that requires 100% engaging of the muscles in the entire body. As I went into the moves I felt a little spark in my shoulder, so I went into a different move, then in that move I felt my hip and groin being pulled, so I went into a different move, again i wound up in an alternate move and transitioned into another ,at last I finished my phrase of movement !!!!! In awe I realized I prevented injury by taking the pain(obstacle) and doing something different( opportunity) in order to maintain my physical sentence. I could of also stopped or fallen but If that happened, I would of like to create a new move as I am a student of studying my body and everything else ..all you have to do is stretch that little extra mile and be creative in your obstacles .you’ll find new opportunities
